to simulate the evaporation process in Featool

Would it be possible to simulate the evaporation process in Featool (e.g. dry air flow through moisture contents and the water exchange between gas and liquid/solid phases)? Which modules in Featool are appropriate for this case?

As there are no examples for this, there are no built-in ready to go corresponding physics modes. Do you know which PDEs would be involved in modeling this?
