I can't make 3D model of Taylor coutte flow

I tried https://github.com/precise-simulation/featool-multiphysics/blob/master/examples/ex_swirl_flow3.m#L155-L234 code but it is not showing 3D. it is just 2d plane. please help me.

It is not a full 3D model, it is a 2D axisymmetric model (pseudo 3D).
