Running multiple simulations as batch

Hi,
Are there any ways I can run multiple simulations, which only differ slightly in geometry, as a batch?
In my case, I want to keep changing the location of a cylinder and simulate the flow. Currently, I am doing it manually: I have to create the geometry, create a mesh, run then start over the whole process for each different location of the cylinder.

Well you can set up your simulation runs as scripts, and run them in parallel as for example described here:
