How do I get FEniCS to Work with FEA Tool Guide?

I am trying to use FEniCS with FEAtool.

The FEniCS installation is not very clear to me and I am unsure how do it.
Is there a guide that I could follow?

Hi,
I have installed ubuntu in my windows Linux subsystem. If I go to powershell, run ubuntu and type the commands that you have written, I will get "2019.2.0.dev0" as answer. Even I can run the python code which is exported. But FEATool says "FEniCS Version: Not found. Could not detect any Python installation." Any idea what could be wrong? Here is a print screen of what I do.
