Firstly, it is *not* really recommended to change the symmetry axis.
However, if you absolutely must do it, you could either swap the r and z coordinates in the equations (Edit Equations in the equation settings dialog box), or alternatively flip the image as a postprocessing step (for example using the "view" Matlab function). Note, that if you swap the coordinates in the equations, you might have to manually correct for boundary condition definitions and postprocessing expressions which will not automatically be corrected for.
