Both OpenFOAM VOF and Level Set physics modes for multiphase flow are priorities on the future roadmap.

We had to reprioritize due to the Mathworks surprising us by completely removing the Java GUI we have been using, see

Multiphase flow support is still a priority, but unlikely to arrive until after the new GUI is available.
