FEATool \ OpenFOAM error

Hello,

I am attempting to solve a model and have not seen this error before. I have the latest version of FEATool and OpenFOAM installed (1.14.2). I am attempting to run a 3D RANS model with a SST turbulence model and slip / no-slip conditions. Has anyone else seen this error or know how to resolve it?
