Can't generate Grid on fresh install

Running tutorial and unable to generate grid when running tutorial for "Heat Transfer Simulation of Shrink Fitting of an Assembly". Get an error message. See image.

Have tried all kinds of settings and nothing works.

Please remember to include version and system information with all issue reports (for example selecting 'System Information... " from the "Help" menu).
