Thank you for the interest. Drag and lift coefficeints can be computed manually by entering and integrating the corresponding expressions as described in this tutorial
https://www.featool.com/doc/Fluid_Dynamics_04_flow_around_cylinder1#tut_cfd04FEATool and CFDTool uses the open source CFD and FEA solvers like OpenFOAM, SU2, and FEniCS. I'm not quite sure how they compared to NASA's 3-D FUN, but closest would probably be SU2 which has its origin in solving compressible flow for external aerodynamics.
