Is it possible to import your CFD models into Simulink

I am interested in your product. I am a PhD student and have been working with Matlab for the last time and would like to couple my Matlab models with my CFD models in the future. But I don't know whether your product meets my requirements. I would like to carry out CFD simulations in a tube bundle reactor and simulate the following points:
•        Porous Media (reaction in a fixed bed)
•        chemical reaction
•        Heat transfer
•        Optimize geometry

Is it possible to import your CFD models into Simulink in order to simulate a process flowsheet uniformly?
