Errors when Importing Geometry as either STL, IGS or STP

sam
Hello
I used CAD softwares to convert DFG files into STL, IGS and STP. When i use the FEATool, to try and import any of them i get the error message "Geometry Import Failed" sometimes i get an error that reads "cannot match the facets". i have attached the geometry in the 3 formats herein. Kindly advice on a possible solution.

The STEP CAD model file seems to import fine in the latest FEATool build, and mesh with something like a mesh size of "5". It is recommended to use STEP CAD file format if it is available as it is more accurate and already contains separate boundaries (while for STL files this must be reconstructed).

Please make sure the you are running the latest FEATool version and build which currently is 1.11.1 Build 19.11.316 (select "About FEATool" from the "Help" menu to find your current version and compare with the latest releases which always are available from the FEATool Multiphysics GitHub Repository). And ensure that you have "Gmsh version 4.3.0" installed which is required to mesh STEP geometries.
