Hello, I cant get the same results as when doing a calculation?

I do a 3d model, after selecting linear elasticity first.

I Just tried a flat piece of steel, 2x10x200mm, 10N for example, i cant get the same results ?

Any hints, am I using the wrong module or?, I just downloaded the program, so new..
